In addition to her official club membership, a woman, upon payment of required annual dues, may affiliate with other clubs as an associate member. She may attend meetings, but may not make motions, have a voice or note, hold office, or be counted for the purpose of determining the number of delegates to the regional, state, or national meetings or conventions.
